1. Agreement to Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you), and Prigmore Haulage Ltd, located at Unit 2300, Kettering Parkway, Kettering Venture Park, Kettering, NN15 6XU United Kingdom (we, us), concerning your access to and use of the Prigmore Haulage & Prigmore Training (www.prigmoretraining.co.uk & www.prigmorehaulage.co.uk) website as well as any related applications (the Site).

1.2 The Site provides the following services: General and specialized haulage; Driver training courses for CPC and ADR; First aid training (Services). You agree that by accessing the Site and/or Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 Training Booking and Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is required at the time of booking to secure a place on any training course. A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

1.4 Payment Terms: The remaining balance for the Services must be paid in full at least 5 working days before the course start date. Failure to settle the balance by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

1.5 Cancellations and Refunds:

Standard Cancellations: For cancellations made more than 5 working days before the course start date, the £50 deposit is retained.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel 5 working days or fewer before the course start date, no refund will be provided, and the full course fee remains payable.

Statutory Cooling-Off (Consumer Bookings Only): Individual consumers booking online have a legal 14-day cooling-off period. If you cancel within this window, a £30 administration fee will be deducted from your refund to cover transaction and processing costs. If you attend the course within this 14-day window, you acknowledge that this right to a refund is waived.
1.6 Rescheduling and Substitutions:

Course Movement: You may move your booking to a different date free of charge if you provide more than 5 working days' notice.

Late Rescheduling: Any request to move a course date made 5 working days or fewer before the start date will incur a £50 rescheduling fee per person.

Name Changes: Delegate substitutions (name changes) are permitted free of charge at any time up until the course start time.
1.7 Joining Instructions: Final instructions, including venue details or digital access links, will be sent to your registered email address 5 working days before the course date.
1.8 Additional policies which also apply to your use of the Site include:

Privacy & Data Sharing: We process your personal data in compliance with UK GDPR. By booking, you agree that your details may be shared with relevant governing bodies or consortiums (e.g., for CPC/ADR/First Aid certification) for validation, auditing, or certification purposes.

Data Retention: We will retain training records and personal data for a period of 7 years following course completion to comply with regulatory requirements, after which it will be securely destroyed.

2. Acceptable Use
​
2.1 You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site and our services available.
2.2 As a user of this Site, you agree not to:

Systematically retrieve data to compile a database without written permission.

Trick, defraud, or mislead us, especially regarding account information or payments.

Interfere with security-related features or disrupt the networks connected to the Site.

Harass, annoy, or threaten any of our employees or instructors.

3. Our Content & Intellectual Property

3.1 Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, Services, and all training materials (Our Content) are owned or licensed to us and are protected by copyright laws.
3.2 No part of the Site, Services, or Our Content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed for commercial purposes without our express prior written permission. Training materials are provided for the participant’s personal use only.

4. Liability and Conduct

4.1 We shall prepare the Site and Services with reasonable skill and care. However, the content is provided for general information and should not be solely relied upon as professional advice.
4.2 We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from a course who is disruptive, under the influence of substances, or behaves inappropriately. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

5. Governing Law
​
5.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
