  • Course Records: Attendance logs, assessment results, and certification status.

  • Financial Data: Billing addresses and transaction history, held for 7 years for HMRC compliance.

3. Mandatory Data Retention

  • Training Records: In line with HSE requirements and awarding body standards, we retain delegate records and certification data for 6 years.

4. Data Sharing (Awarding Bodies)

We only share your data with the official bodies necessary to grant your qualifications:

4. Identification & Course Requirements

To comply with DVSA and QS regulations, all delegates must provide valid identification on the first day of training. Failure to produce the required ID may result in exclusion from the course without a refund.

  • Accepted Photo ID: A valid UK Photocard Driving Licence is the preferred form of ID. For ADR and CPC courses, this is mandatory for uploading hours to the national database.

  • Alternative ID: If a photocard licence is unavailable, a valid Passport or a digital share code from the DVLA may be accepted, provided it is arranged with our training team in advance.

  • Attendance: Delegates must attend the full duration of the course to be eligible for certification or CPC hours. Late arrivals (more than 30 minutes after the start time) may be refused entry to comply with awarding body standards.

  • ADR Candidates: For ADR examinations conducted via the QS, delegates must ensure their personal details on the registration form exactly match their photo ID to avoid certification delays.
